Refund policy

  • Our return policy applies to all purchases. Receipt must accompany all returns.
  • Return policy is applied on a product type basis. The policy is separately written under each product.
  • All items must be in original condition upon return. Shades must stay wrapped if you receive them with a protective plastic cover. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No returns or exchanges on any special or custom orders.
  • Quoted lead times may vary due to unforeseen events.
  • In the event an order arrives damaged, please save all packaging material and document the damage so we may assist in resolving the shipping issue. 
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
